Position : Training and Development Manager and Transport Management Consultant
Area of practice : Education, training and Road haulage management
Olga’s pedagogical experience has influenced her to accept overseeing THS+’s Training and Development Centres. At THS+, Olga has gained considerable experience as an Assistant Transport Manager. She now handles supported accounts for customers with mixed fleets of rigids and artics for general freight.
She is also undergoing internal training to be able to teach the Transport Manager and Driver CPC courses for THS+. Olga will undergo pupillage with a specialised law firm partnered with THS+ in order to become a Transport Solicitor.

Andra Dragomir joined THS+ in 2024 after training and passing her exam with the company.
Andra Dragomir has gained experience in Transport management by working as a Transport Manager for THS+, serving as a supportive and customer-facing role in high volume client settings.
Her experience is of multiple small-to-medium operators working with mixed fleets from curtainsiders to tippers and from general haulage to specialist recycling and wet cement. Andra Dragomir currently supports and manages a combined fleet of 40 vehicles and 60 drivers.
