The primary objective of ADR training is to ensure that drivers possess the requisite knowledge and skills to safely transport hazardous materials.
ADR is segmented into three categories:
Core: Fundamental curriculum covering the transportation of dangerous goods in road tankers, tank containers, packages (e.g., drums, cylinders), and bulk shipments.
Tanks: Specific guidelines for transporting any class of dangerous goods using road tankers or other tanker containers.
Packages & Loose in Bulk: Instructions for transporting dangerous goods in various packaging formats (sacks, drums, cylinders, cartons) and bulk shipments without packaging (utilizing skips, tipper or dust cart bodies, etc.).
